Shipping Location
All products ship out of our warehouse located in Fremont California via Standard USPS mail unless otherwise stated. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States including Alaska & Hawaii for no additional charge, orders that are shipping international (outside the United States) may be accessed an additional $50 USD for shipping and handling. You will be contacted by a customer service representative for orders shipping outside the US for authorization prior to shipping. Please note, free shipping promotions do not apply to addresses outside the United States.
Shipping Promotions
Free or discounted shipping promotions do not apply for international orders. Orders placed during a free shipping promotion will ship via standard USPS mail and may not be provided with any tracking information unless otherwise stated within the promotion.
Delivery Times
We use an average shipping rate to calculate your initial item shipping. If your order contains more than one item, your shipping on additional shirts will be automatically discounted during checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order, although.. in most cases orders made before 2pm Pacific time will typically ship the same day (except holidays), and orders made after will normally ship first thing the following business morning (except holidays). Most orders should arrive within 5-7 days after shipping date and Priority Mail Upgrade orders will normally arrive within 2-3 business days after shipping date.
Tracking
All shipments with the exception of standard USPS mail orders are all given a unique tracking number. You will receive an e-mail that confirms your order has shipped, issues your shipment tracking number and provides a direct link to the carrier's package-tracking site. Any custom orders or items that have special delivery requirements will be tracked by us to assure timely delivery, you may also be provided the tracking information in some cases. You will not receive a tracking e-mail. If you did not receive a tracking e-mail or you require further tracking information, please contact us.
Insurance
All items purchased from illumiWear.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Our carrier may insure your package for up to $100 USD at no additional cost to you, please contact the carrier for details. If you require insurance for your order and the option is not available for you during check-out, please contact us before finalizing your order.
