A: All of our stock designs are posted on our website and the sizes we carry are listed with each product. If you need a size that we do not have available on the website, contact us and we’ll see what we can do for you.
Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Q: I just received my shirt and it doesn’t work properly right out of the package.
A: All of our products are inspected for proper function prior to shipping and very rarely do we have an actual bad unit. Please make sure to check all of the following common issues, which will likely remedy your problem.
1) Make sure all connections are fully secure behind the panel and to the harness and also from the harness to the battery pack. Unplug the connections and re-plug to make sure you are fully checking everything.
2) Double check your batteries. We have had a lot of people who either insert the batteries incorrectly (+ to - or visa versa) Or replace the batteries with a fresh set.
3) Make sure you adjust the volume knob UP to make the shirt sensitive to audio.
4) Make sure the battery pack is switched on.
If the solutions above do not fix your problem, contact the retailer where you bought the shirt for an exchange.
Q: I just bought one of your shirts and I was curious on how you can wash it?
A: You can wash the shirt and EL panel by Hand wash or Dry clean only. Just carefully unplug the cable from the back of the panel and remove the battery pack and cable from the tube installed inside the shirt. After washing, make sure that the shirt is completely dry before reconnecting the hardware.
Q: I just bought a shirt at Freaky Deeky Concert and I lost my battery pack in the moshpit. How do I go about getting a new battery pack?
A: You can buy replacement battery packs on our website or through customer service.
Q: Can I design my own EL shirt with my company name or custom design? Can I make just a few and how long does it take?
A: Absolutely! Contact us, and one of our sales representatives can help you with your order. Please be ready to provide a description or file containing your artwork. Because of the process required to produce a single shirt, we would have to develop custom plates and screen print panels for each design you want to print, therefore we have a minimum order quantity of 50 shirts and a one-time setup fee of $250/design which can be waived for large orders. Although we can produce a very small run, the cost would be most likely double of what it would to produce the required minimum. Normally orders will be ready to ship out of our warehouse within 4 weeks of approved artwork but can take as little as 3 weeks or as long as 6 weeks or more depending on quantity.
Q: I want to buy a bunch of these shirts for resale, how do I go about becoming a vendor and what Is my pricing?
A: If you have a resale license or if you can obtain one, we can provide you with a discount on bulk purchases. Price breaks occur for purchases of 10+ shirts and continue getting lower with quantity. Please contact us for more information on pricing.
